WARRANTY : TMPL Products are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects
and are consistent with it usual high quality. If any of the products are proven defective and
is within use period indicated in the literature, it shall be replaced with a new product free of
charge to the purchaser at ex. Factory price. The manufacturer makes no warranty, either
expressed or implied concerning the merchantability or fitness of the product for a particular
purpose. In no case shall the manufacturer be liable for special, indirect or consequential
damage resulting from the use or handling of the product.
