1. Refund Eligibility

  • We only offer refunds for products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on our website.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • We recommend capturing a video and photos during the unboxing process. In case of any defects or damages, this can be shared as proof.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible personal orders. Customized or bulk orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • To request a refund, please log in to your account on our website, navigate to "My Orders," select the order in question, and click on the "Request Refund" option.
  • We will review your request promptly and notify you of the next steps.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up by our courier partner within 7 days.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it, and the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales.
  • Products that have been used or not returned in their original condition.

5. Shipping & Pickup Costs

  • Shipping and pickup costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the shipping and pickup fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges for products.
  • If you wish to replace a product, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancelled Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing them by logging into your account, navigating to "My Orders," and selecting the "Cancel Order" option.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
